We have a number of payment schemes in place depending upon the type of work assigned to us & with each one of them we offer you the comfort to “Pay as you go” i.e. you control the no. of leads or appointments and even the duration of your campaign you want and you’re free to start or stop buying leads according to your requirement.
Following are the payment options we have in place:
Pay per call/hour/record
We normally work on any data entry assignment on per record or per hour basis however we’re open to discuss “pay per project” options.
For call answering services we charge either according to per call basis or a monthly package depending upon the no. of calls.
We ensure that you get proper feedback in a secured form on a daily basis & that your data is not used for any other purpose unless authorized by you.
Lead: A Lead is referred to as a business enquiry wherein the customer is aware of your services or products, is interested (slightly or fully), wants to know more about it, wants a quotation or is happy to discuss it further to see if it could be beneficial for him or not. A Lead can also be termed as a potential customer who may or may not buy your service/product depending upon your offer. A Lead normally has quite a few details about the customer apart from just his contact details. This extra information is relevant to the product/service you intend to sell and also helps us pre-qualify the lead by ensuring that it fits in the given criteria brackets.
Appointment: An appointment simply is a meeting with the customer that we arrange for you. Here we discuss the product over the phone answering most of the customer’s queries followed by a meeting. The customer is advised about your business & also the purpose of the meeting so that he’s almost prepared to go for it. The customer is generally more committed if he’s prepared to meet & there’s always a higher possibility to sell. This, we refer as a step ahead of a Lead. Appointment is generally more expensive than a lead.
