Process

The customers are told that the market's undergone many changes in the past few months & there're many new and better products available now. Also, we're offering a free review/ advice to see if everything about their policy has been done correctly & if we can do them a better deal.

We then ask them if they have an insurance cover already & if they're happy to speak to an advisor. Once we get a clear yes we do a full fact find with them.

At this point the client is advised to stay on the line for about a minute or two while we get our adviser on the phone so he can take things further. We then call up our clients' sales team & give all the relevant info to them & then we do a smooth hand over.

Sometimes the customer is busy & can't talk further at that time, so they're advised that they will get another call from an adviser within about 30 minutes (unless they want a call at another time). The lead is then sent over to your sales team via email.

Info Includes:

  • Full Name
  • DOB
  • Address
  • Postcode
  • Contact details – landline, mobile and/or email
  • Smoker status
  • Medical conditions (in case there's any), if they had any major conditions – like cancer, heart attack or a stroke in last 10 years, if they're awaiting any medical reviews, follow ups, test results or if they're going through any treatment/s.
  • Current Premium/ Budget (whichever's applicable)
  • Current Policy details (if applicable) – including age of policy, term left on the policy, purpose of the policy, current provider's name, sum assured, level or decreasing term, single or joint, life & CIC or just life, income protection, etc.
  • Employment details – current occupation, income per month/ annum
  • Family details – married, cohabiting, if they have dependants (if yes how many & their age), separated, widow, divorced

If the client's had any major condition in past 10 years or has been declined a policy recently due to any medical conditions, or if they have anything critical that can prevent them from getting cover, or if they're awaiting any medical tests results, we won't pass that lead to you or will discuss it before passing it on to you.

Types of  Life Leads:

Fully Qualified – Hotkeys or email leads

This is where we fully qualify a lead i.e. do a full fact find & understand from the customer what they're looking to achieve before passing it on to you.

We have various criteria available for our clients & you can choose which one you'd like to consider depending upon your requirements & budget. Please take a look at the standard criteria below:

Criteria

  1. Client must be between 25 and 70
  2. Client must be a UK resident
  3. Client must have a valid UK bank account
  4. Client's budget or current premium (if he already has a policy) must be at least £15pm
  5. Client shouldn't have any critical illness or shouldn't be over weight
  6. Current Policy should be less than 7 years old

Semi Qualified – Hotkeys or email leads

These are also pre-qualified leads though the amount of information we collect here is not as much as we'd do on a fully qualified lead. The other difference is these leads are available for less than half the price you'd pay for a fully qualified lead. The info you get on these leads would still include the following:

  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • Mobile (where available),
  • DOB
  • If they currently have an insurance - current premium, current provider, sum assured,
  • Email (where available)
  • Best time to contact them
  • Notes with extra info (where available)
